What can you recommend as an energy booster? And improve resilience?
I feel slouchy and lazy through the day cause i work in an office... then im so reluctant to do anything afterwards, like go to the gym etc etc. I have a good physique but I think it's the office environment that's making me this way. What healthy food or drink can you suggest for a major boost? And also improve resilience?Thank you
How do I get my resilience back?
As u can see from my name, I'd like to find it...because I've lost it. I used to have it, thought not in much quantity. I know plenty of people who have it, but they have others to push it on them. But I don't. And most r tired of doing it for me anyway...they've tried n now they're exhausted. Just goes to show how deep in the dumps I was. But now i need to do it on my own, be my own best friend n motivator. Any ideas to help me get my mojo going? U know, to give me the guts to take risks no matter the consequences n to b able to bear the words no, n I told u so?Any constructive ideas would help. thanks.
Why do I have such a high resilience to Vitamin C?
I have literally eaten 5 1000mG tablets of Vitamin C in 10 minutes and nothing.... no illness and I feel perfectly fine after even Days , I remember when I was little I ate a whole bottle of tablets and I was sick for quite the time.... but nowadays if I did that I probably wouldn't even be sick? Do I have a really strong stomach or something?I dont do it cause I think It will help me lol, I do it cause Im fucking addicted to it... and not the taste lol... I never have diarrhea or vomit from it, I suppose I just urinate it out
